The application is not working because your version might not be compatible with the operating system where you've installed it. Even if the installation procedure is successful, that doesn't mean it will work. Download a new and improved copy of the application from its official website then you will be able to operate your printer.
If you have trouble removing the old version of the application, try using Revo Uninstaller. Even if it can't uninstall the application normally, it will force it to uninstall by wiping out all traces of its presence from the system.
You need to update the application to a higher version to increase compatibility with RAW files. However, if you are working with RAW files try using Adobe Lightroom. It's an advanced photography application used to manipulate pictures.
